Mallory Muslow joined Muslow Insurance in 2022 and currently manages the agency's personal lines accounts. With a meticulous approach to policy reviews, she works closely with clients to tailor comprehensive home, auto, and personal specialty packages, helping families across Northwest Louisiana find the right coverage for their specific needs.
A Shreveport native, Mallory graduated from C.E. Byrd High School before heading south to attend Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC) and Louisiana State University (LSU). Before obtaining her insurance licenses and transitioning into the family business, she spent several years working in the highly demanding field of veterinary medicine as a technician. This unique background instilled in her a deep sense of compassion, clear communication, and a detail-oriented mindset—qualities she now applies every day when guiding clients through risk assessments and helping to identify potential vulnerabilities in their coverage.
Mallory’s roots in the local community run deep. High school sweethearts since the age of 15, she and her husband Dylan are now proudly raising their two young daughters right here in their hometown. As a local mother, Mallory genuinely understands the everyday liabilities and risks that area households face. When she builds a personal lines bundle, her primary goal is to empower her clients with a clear understanding of their options so they can make informed decisions to protect their loved ones.
